These General Terms and Conditions apply to all commercial transactions made in our online store www.home-original.com, domain and brand that are property of Ohoriginal Business, S.L.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of such goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify OHORIGINAL BUSINESS SL, C/ Pau Claris nº 50 Local C.P. 08100 Mollet del Vallés ( SPAIN ) info@home-original.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal by you, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver the goods directly to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. To accept this Return, it shall always be returned in the original Packaging. In the case of the Outlet Pictures, as they are unique pieces, if they arrive broken at the Destination, the model cannot be repeated, the price of the cost of the same one BEING PAID.

Return Costs

“You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods” which will be a maximum of 35.00€.

Terms and conditions of shipment

The delivery time to the address provided by the customer is a maximum of 20 days for paintings in stock.

For paintings are painted to order, the delivery time is 15 to 20 days from the date of payment.

In the event that the Package does not fit in the elevator, the Carrier shall not be obliged to take it up to the dwelling, leaving it on the Ground Floor of the Building.

Applicable taxes

The prices of the articles shown on the Web Page of www.home-original.com include VAT. As a general rule, the 21% tax rate will be applied for Spain, where this tax is applicable; however, the customs systems of each country or region will apply the corresponding tax charges.

Customer Obligations

The customer of Ohoriginal Business, S.L. undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the forms of user data or order placement.

The customer agrees to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where it can be delivered within the usual delivery schedule of goods.

In case of non-compliance by the customer of this obligation, Ohoriginal Business, S.L. shall have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.
